Production logistics manager

Management of whole production planning operation and process improvement in order to satisfy the customer demand and leveling production. 
Driving SCM internal teams to meeting and balance external & internal customers requirements

Be responsible on the operation and management of all logistics information flow in the plant, Base on customer demand and forecast to build up middle- and short-term production plan, S&OP, shop floor schedule at pacemaker。 Target is to ensure all the information flow meets the requirement of pull flow and lean production strategy.

'Be responsible on the daily management of produciotn logistic team. He or she need to drive necessary management effort to create an opening, collaborative environment to the team, ensure a good cooperation and communication with internal and external customers.

Be responsible on customer service rate, inventory level. Target is to meet customer service level regarding delivery and order fulfillment, with  inventory level and WIP at target.

Be responsible on the subcontracting supplier management including suncontracting planning,lead time and inventory to fufill Customer demand

On the premise of meeting customer demand and inventory, support production consolidation work order and batch balanced production to improve production performance

Arrange the shifts according to the needs of factory maintenance

Interface between delivery and soruce（RM,Capacity,Machine)  improve the efficiency,OTD etc

Follow ESH rules and policies

Finish other tasks assigned by superior
