▪ Develop Vision System Inspection Software for SMT production for new part numbers or new  Products, achieving the technical specification required by our customers.

▪ Provide Feedback to Process experts regarding manufacturability and Machines design

• To assure the process specification regarding product characteristics are fulfilled

• Support the preparation of FMEA and Control Plans.

• Define appropriate training and development needs for his/her team regarding the equipment/processes in his/her responsibility. 

• Support Quality Area for solving problems related with customers complaints.

• Expertise in Quality procedures for Release/Maintain/Optimize equipment/processes in his/her responsibility

• Participation in the problem solving methodology, as well as in the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions applicable to their activities.

• Early escalation of quality related problems during the equipment serial production

• Participate actively in Local Teams as required and applicable.

• Use Quality toolbox for Process quality improvement focus on productivity and product/process quality.

• To support internal and external Audits, and the MSA Studies requested by the quality department.

▪ Ensure the availability of software/hardware for the execution of Validation Tests in ECUs (PV, PPAPS, PA, etc.)

▪ Support APQP in activities required for customer approval.

▪ Ensure the availability of the equipment: 

-Define, Plan, Coordinate and support the preventive and corrective maintenance.

-Ensure the availability of spare parts needed for the preventive maintenance and the spare parts kits suggested by the suppliers for the corrective maintenance. 

-Support the troubleshooting and coordinate the corrective maintenance.

-Execute the corrective maintenance if it is required to reestablish the equipment to serial production in the shortest possible time.

Responsibility:

- To ensure that equipment suppliers fulfill Continental ESH requirements in Pre-acceptances and Final acceptances of equipment

- To Support other areas in ESH procedures where they have influence.

- To ensure that your team know, understand, and follow ESH policies.

- To support analysis referent to continuous improvement of ESH procedures

Responsibility:

- To ensure that equipment suppliers fulfill Continental ESD requirements in Pre-acceptances and Final acceptances of equipment

- To Support other areas in ESD procedures where they have influence.

- To ensure that your team know, understand, and follow ESD policies.

- To support analysis referent to continuous improvement of ESD procedures

• To ensure the equipment performance regarding product characteristics are fulfilled

• To ensure the Cycle Time targets in serial production

• To ensure the Scrap target Defined by the direction

• To ensure the FPT, MTTR & MTBF target defined by the direction. 

• To ensure the OEE target defined by the direction 

• To ensure the Production target [ Pieces /Hour ] defined by the direction

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor degree in electromechanical, electrical or electronic Engineering
  • English level minimum B2 desirable C1 (fluent business conversation)
  • Experience in SMT Process minimum 3 years desirable 5 years
  • Specialist in Stencil Solder Paste Printing Machines & Processes
  • Certification of IPC 610 desirable
  • Knowledge in Programming, Electricity, Electronic and Pneumatic System
  • Experienced in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience in machine trouble shooting 
  • Experience on leading People 
  • Experience in Problem Solving methodologies
  • Flexibility to work on different work schedules.
