Development process and plant service in series (after G90)

▪ Support and guide legal entities in case of Alerts and potential escalations
▪ Complaint Management at suppliers as support of local SQA-organization
▪ Management of the escalation and de-escalation process of affected suppliers after level 3

Supplier Quality Improvement program

▪ Lead supplier in SQIP process through mentorship program
▪ Review progress and follow up on monthly basis
▪ Repeorting to SQM on quarter basis

Supplier process approval based on VDA 6.3

▪ Perform VDA 6.3 process audits
▪ follow up and closure of those audits

Supplier assessments

▪ Perform Potential Analysis P1
▪ Supports internal customer concerning technical feasibility of potential suppliers
▪ Risk analysis at suppliers

Process Owner (mandatory if applicable)

▪ Creates, maintains, directs and improves the process and designates its interactions with other processes
▪ Ensures the customer satisfaction for all generated outputs
▪ Agrees process objectives and introduces appropriate metrics, measurement, measurement tools
▪ Informs, motivates and, if necessary, trains process employees (turning those affected into participants)
▪ Ensures a process adherence among all process employees

Process Member (mandatory)

▪ Is team member according to the process landscape and all defined rules for processes XXX
▪ Is responsible to receive proper training to execute all activities of own responsibility by the process owner or department head
▪ Ensures the efficient process execution
▪ Ensures in the process customer satisfaction for outputs within own responsibility
▪ Supports actively the efficiency of the processes

Reikalavimai

Education / Certification

Bachelor`s degree (Master or equivalent preferred) with technical background, certified VDA 6.3 auditor
IATF ISO16949 internal or external auditor

Professional Experience
(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)min. 3 years experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D, strong technical background including Project Management, language skills English, Competent in customer/supplier communication and conflict management

Project and/or Process Experience

Min.3 years experience in project team lead /active participation
Min. 3 years process experience, e.g.  mechanical processing, injection/blow-molding, rubber technologies, assembly, surface treatment, heat treatment

Leadership Experience

Min.3 years experience in leading teams (e.g. 2-6 people)

Intercultural / International
Experience

Min.1 year experience in leading / participation international teams and/or international projects, communication with international suppliers and customers
