• Ongoing University studies, preferably in areas of Educational Science, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communication Science, Psychology, Visual or Multimedia Design, Social Sciences or a related field in training development;
• English - medium/advanced level;
• Ability to work in international teams; 
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills; 
• Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, organizational skills and strong quality orientation, proactive attitude;
• Effective communication and building networks ability required.
