Production Internship - Shopfloor Training Department
Your tasks
- Support planning, scheduling and execution of operator qualification activities.
- Coordinate qualification assessments and maintain qualification records.
- Track qualification completion status and follow up on overdue qualifications.
- Support preparation of TS Evaluation Forms 2.0 documentation.
- Assist in e-learning content creation, video development and training material digitization.
- Support E-Qualification 2.0 implementation and paperless training initiatives.
- Generate qualification reports and support audit preparation activities.
- Assist SFT Coordinator in administrative and project-related activities.
Your profile
- Undergraduate pursuing Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation capability.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with shopfloor personnel.
- Interest in manufacturing operations, training systems, and digitalization initiatives.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malay and English
