Quality Technician/Kokybės technikas (Gamyba)

• Measurements, verifications, and inspections supporting the line release./Linijos paleidimui reikalingi matavimai, apskaičiavimai ir patikros.
• Sorting, marking, and blocking suspected & defective parts in case of Quality Alerts during series production./Gmybos linijos atmestų dalių rūšiavimas ir žymėjimas. jei serijinės gamybos metu gaunami kokybės įspėjimai.
• Responsible for the primary analysis of the parts failing in assembly and test processes./Atsakingas už pagrindinių dalių, kurių gedimų surinkimo ir bandymo procesuose, analizę.
• Analysis & Repair data recording in the traceability system, and data reporting./Analizės ir taisymo duomenų įrašymas atsekamumo sistemoje ir duomenų ataskaitų teikimas.
• Responsible for retesting, rework or touch up of the parts (whenever it is the case)./Atsakingas už dalių pakartotinį bandymą, perdirbimą ar pakeitimą (jei taip yra).

• At least 1 year working experience in electronic components production./Ne mažesnė nei 1 metų darbo patirtis elektronikos komponentų gamyboje.
• Technical studies/Techninis išsilavinimas
• Understanding in IATF 16949; IPC A610/IATF 16949; IPC A610 sertifikatų žinios.
• Knowledge in MS Office and SAP./Gebėjimas dirbti su MS Office ir SAP sistemomis.
• English./Anglų k. žinios
• Knowledge in Quality Control (SPC, 5S)/Kokybės kontrolės žinios (SPC, 5S).
