Learning Designer for Global HR (2 years limited contract) – TM

담당 업무

Continental aims to building up a Service Center for Learning, supporting internal customers globally to develop and deploy efficient and high quality learning items. Within your role as a Learning Designer in the Service Center Learning you will be responsible for:

Learning Design

  • Creation of concepts and storyboards for various digital teaching and training formats for different areas and target groups;
  • Communicating and coordinating concepts and productions with internal departments;
  • Creation of digital learning content such as explanatory films, screencasts or interactive web-based training formats;
  • Quality assurance for ongoing conception and production processes;
  • Managing learning projects self-responsible within a team of Learning Designer.

Training courses and workshops

  • Development of templates, style guides and training materials;
  • Generate, share and teach best practices to other Learning Designer;
  • Being an active member of the Continental Learning Communities, including  community Management.

지원자 프로필

Completed training or completed studies in the field of education / media education, instructional design, media and communication design or a comparable subject area;

  • Experience in the use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Techsmith Camtasia or comparable solutions;
  • Experience in graphic editing with tools such as Adobe Photoshop or GIMP
  • Microsoft Office knowledge needed (e.g. PowerPoint or Excel);
  • Experience in managing projects;
  • Very good written and spoken English skills;
  • A sense for modern learning media, creativity and communication skills;
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment;
  • Eager to learn and accept new challenges in an agile environment;
  • Self-responsibility and self-discipline.
