• Ensures and optimizes Its contribution to the profitability and operational goals of the plant by providing suitable reliable and cost efficient IT services is responsible for further developing and implementing enhanced systems within the Corporate strategy to improve process support and cost structures.
• Coordination of Global IT HUB , assuring a good connection to IT Global & CC and to local organization and managing  department team in order to maximize and optimize the use of available resources and enhance their development.
• Plant Digitalization of processes & Driving Innovation.

• Bachelor's Degree (IT related) or comparable acquired practical knowledge.
• Experience as head of IT - Department with managerial responsibility.
• IT Expertise - Expert
• Project Management - Advanced
• English - Advanced
