We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to carry out Test and Validation works of Vehicle infotainment related systems. This position is a permanent role held within a luxury automotive customer back in the North west of England.

The duties will include:

Represent Continental within a luxury vehicle manufacturer R&D team.
Develop professional relationships across a multi disciplined team.
Update vehicles to the latest available design release and test function (eg Audio / Lighting / test display)
Maintain static rigs and dynamic simulators as per project requirements
Work within supplier engineering methods and processes and support infotainment function owners.
Understand hardware and software delivery in line with project schedule.
Complete integration of new releases by the customer onto different vehicle properties.
Test report generation and presentation of results to customer (OE)
Technical report generation and release into customers systems and processes.
Planning, procurement and preparation of vehicle electrical test equipment.
Vehicle install and testing with data logging equipment.

Electrical Technical Qualification, HND/C, degree or extensive experience.
Automotive OEM R&D Environment experience preferred
Automotive Electrical experience essential.
Automotive Technician experience desirable.
