Sourcing Buyer

Our Budaörs Site is looking for a Sourcing Buyer to be responsible for the indirect material and service sourcing in Hungary and Tire Sales Adria region, above 25.000€ per requisition for the assigned area of responsibility.

As a Sourcing Buyer You will:

• Support the global and regional purchasing strategy and the Country strategy
• Seek for bundling potentials with the stakeholders
• Identify saving potentials with the internal customers and suppliers.
• Provide market insights of relevant trends, evaluate the historical data and develop strategy for implementation
• Be responsible for Supplier evaluation and improvement, including establishing supplier strategy with category management.
• RFQ managent: conducts the negotiation with the suppliers and does the alignment with the internal customers. After the evaluation responsible to document the sourcing decision in Sourcing Decision Sheet.
• Contract management: Negotiating the contract in case of necessity and have it checked from legal point of view. Responsible to have it signed by the authorized partners. Registering and uploading the signed contract to the central database
• Documentation: approving of shopping carts, creating PO in different local SAP systems, sending out PO to the suppliers, clearance of invoice deviations.
• Reporting savings in the reporting system

• BSC in economy or engineering
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• Solid understanding of project management tools and skills; experience in managing and influencing indirectly
• 2 years purchasing experience
• Leading Self
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
