Purpose of the Role

Lead and coordinate global fleet management activities to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective vehicle operations across all regions. Support global mobility and testing operations by managing fleet planning, coordination, supplier communication, compliance and operational standards. Responsible for organizing daily fleet activities, supporting regional teams and ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate global fleet operations and daily activities
  • Support planning and utilization of company vehicles across regions
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation, scheduling and fleet availability
  • Monitor fleet-related costs, reporting and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate international vehicle logistics and transportation activities
  • Manage communication with external suppliers, leasing companies and service providers
  • Support procurement of fleet-related services, equipment and materials
  • Ensure compliance with internal fleet policies and local regulations
  • Support development and implementation of global fleet standards and processes
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, registrations and service activities
  • Support onboarding and training related to fleet processes and vehicle usage
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with ESH requirements
  • Support ISO/quality management processes and documentation
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting and operational documentation

Votre profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience as a global fleet operations manager with corporate policies, optimizes operational costs, and ensuring compliance with international regulations (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with international logistics, supply chain, or fleet operations (mandatory)
  • Deep familiarity with telematics platforms for tracking fleet metrics and performance (mandatory)
  • Project management skills 
  • Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills
  • Strong team player within intercultural and international environment
  • Proactive problem-solving mind-set and willingness to learn
  • Committed and self-driven
  • Intercultural competency along with clear and open communication abilities that support the growth of diversity
  • Solid computer skills and Office tools.
  • Portuguese language skills written and spoken (mandatory)
  • English language skills written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Availability for travelling internationally
