A Production Shift Engineer is responsible to manage team members at shop floor & ensure to achieve planned production, maintain quality & safe work environment & responsible for Mixing, tread extruder & calendar area.

His key responsibilities are :

- Ensure production activities in his shift with keeping grip on safety & quality.

- Ensure manufacturing operations during the designated shift to meet daily production targets.

- Lead breakdown maintenance & equipment repair along with engineering stakeholders to minimize downtime.

- Ensure strict safety adherence to safety protocols & quality standards.

- Prepare shift reports regarding production output, equipment status & staffing.

- Ensure CBT-01 at the shift starting along with operators and technicians for any f/up and actions.

- Ensure harmonious relationship with all the stakeholders for better co-ordination and communications.

- Ensure proper analysis & actions for process & production problems,

- Maintain good housekeeping and floor management in the shape of 5s.

Graduate Degree ( B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA or similar )
