Test Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in advanced Force and Moment Tire Testing operations, requiring a strong aptitude for data analysis and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced Force and Moment Tire Testing operation which require to participate in work shift operation (morning shift and afternoon shift).

• Analyze, evaluate and interpret test data and generate relevant test reports accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new process or test method implementation according to objective and success criteria defined.

• Involve in troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to testing equipment and procedures.

• Support in technical leadership in guiding and train team members for continuous development and sustainable technical skill within the team

• Support in handling and managing logistics for test samples import and export and ensuring items are correctly updated in the management record system.

• Implement innovative solutions for process optimization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality.

Bachelor degree from recognized university in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience & Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA or MATLAB.

• Experience with data processing frameworks.

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willing to work in 2 shift operation (AM shift and PM shift)
