Quality Intern - Summer

Internship will focus on: 

• Deviation / disposition database
• Deviation / disposition monitoring KPIs
• Lab organization
• Procedures and systems

Internship Description and Objective:

• Participate in creating a new deviation and disposition database for the Tire area
• Evaluate possibility for standardization of the database across all business areas
• Develop monitoring KPIs for disposition turnaround
• Support in training matrix creation and update for the lab technicians
• Provide overview of lab test equipment’s and their status
• Provide overview of lab test performed in the lab with their respective procedures
• Review existing procedures plant wide and verify applicability

Outcome Goals of Internship:

• Updated and sustained deviation and disposition database
• KPIs monitored for disposition turnaround
• Lab training matrix available and sustained
• Lab equipment’s and testing overview
• Procedure review

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
