Central Key User - Machine/Production Data Acquisition and Manufacturing Service Bus

• Definition of MDA/PDA and Manufacturing Service Bus product vision
• Management of technical MDA/PDA and MSB product roadmap, maintain a  standard for the ContiTech sector
• MDA/PDA and MSB Business Process Definition
• Manage communication to central groups / sectors / business areas (e.g. sector IT)
•  Maintain Contitech Base OPC UA Companion Specification (e.g. used for MES Interfacing) 
•  Communication / Interface:
  •  setup processes to ERP (PP, PM, (e)WM)
  •  of the machine interface (OPC UA, MQTT)
  • setup processes  to other Manufacturing Software Suite applications
  •  to SCM and Intralogistic.
• Technical steering of of on-going MDA/PDA and MSB projects
• Definition of product requirements
• Responsible for the product process definition (standarization)
•  Project Lead: Quick Charter, project initallzation - PREQ (Budget, Timing, Scope)
•  Project Lead: Requirement Specification, Kickoff (setup work breakdown structure, project GANTT)
•  Moderate As-Is analysis and To-Be specification in the plant requirement specification phase
•  Conduct solution design review and approval
•  Central product integration test process responsible
• Demand management of new requirements from the plants
• Owner of the MES demand management process
• Fit / Gap analysis of new requirements
• Priorization of new requirements
• New requirements specification (into central MDA/PDA and MSB template)
• Setup, execute and manage test strategy of new MDA/PDA and MSB releases (e.g. test automatization)
• Central approval of new MDA/PDA and MSB releases

• Master degree in Engineering, IT or equal
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Manufacturing / Automotive Sector, Bachelor in Engineering or IT or equivalent professional experience with profound process industrie background
• At least 3 years experience with machine and process data acquisition, SCADA, process data historian and middleware
• Worked as technical project lead for at least 3 years
• Worked in international project for at least 3 years
