Plant IE (OTR) – Data collection & analysis, reporting, monitoring, and improvement of IE KPIs:

  • Kg/manhour Productivity
  • Capacity & Utilization
  • Incentive reporting and Optimization
  • Overtime Optimization
  • OEE, cycle time study 
  • New machine capacity
  • Process cost savings 

Digitalization and Ergonomics support and Driving change.

Plant expansion – Projects support for IE standards.

Material Handling Vehicles (MHV): maintain and optimize, breakdown, tender.  

Layout and material flow: maintain and improve, MHE handling and improvement.

Systems – CUD, shift calendar, PBI incentive, headcount, CST productivity (kg/manhour), SM incentive, overtime, union alignment, production job code.

FACT – Jrules and SAP (article routing, COPC error, MCM, maintain and update) – Data collection and Excel & PowerBI reporting.

RICP alignment, maintain and update.

POR – Support and Drive continuous improvement.

CBS – CBS activities, 5S, CBT, CBT structure, CIM and Kaizen, emcee CBS day

Your profile

Engineering - Mechanical / Industrial / Automobile / Electronics with min 4 Years of working experience in manufacturing with solid background of implementing IE and Lean tools.

Certifications - Lean / Excel / power point/ auto CAD/ viso / SAP / VSM / TPM

Six sigma is preferred.
