Warehouse & Distribution Manager Commercial Specialty Tires (m/f/d) - REF96165O

We are seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Manager Commercial Specialty Tires (m/f/diverse) with solid logistics experience. This role offers an exciting and unique central matrix position with global responsibilities across our Commercial Specialty Tires business. In detail your tasks will be:

• Gather and validate business requirements, serving as a consultant and spokesperson for Warehouse & Distribution within the Commercial Specialty Tires and SCM organizations 
• Manage, review, and continuously improve global Warehouse & Distribution operations across all Commercial Specialty Tires product groups (Material Handling, Earthmoving, Port Operations Tires)
• Drive performance with a strong focus on service levels, efficiency, quality, cost optimization, and performance management
• Act as the central interface within the Commercial Specialty Tires matrix organization, collaborating with central, regional and plant Warehouse & Distribution teams
• Align Commercial Specialty Tires Warehouse & Distribution needs with global standards and processes 
• Identify, develop, and implement tailored Warehouse & Distribution solutions for the Commercial Specialty Tires business
• Take central ownership of the EMEA Turntable Warehouse operations
• Collaborate closely with central, regional, and plant teams worldwide

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent studies 
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse and logistics management, including broader supply chain exposure preferred 
• Experience in retail logistics is an advantage 
• Strong project management skills; experience in leading projects is a plus
• Proven experience working in international environments, ideally including cross-border project leadership
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage challenging discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain strategic networks within the Warehouse & Distribution organization
• Demonstrated capability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus 
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%
