Industrial Engineer Internship - Summer

What will you be working on?:

• Update standards for tire cord production
• Time studies
• Updating waste standards

Project Description and Objective (What will you be doing and learning?):

Update time studies to improve standards in tire cord operations. Work with current IE to update work standards for SAP / BOM improvement.  Also improving work performance metrics to keep material flowing on time and meeting production goals.

Outcome of Project (What will you accomplish?):

Update tire cord standards for 6 products resulting in Improved accuracy of BOM and performance metrics for those products. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Enginerring, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
