Digital Solutions Engineer
Responsabilități
- Supports all controls and drives maintenance activities 24/7 in order to fulfill committed production plans and ensure adherence to C&D standard processes in his area.
- Ensures the implementation and maintenance of Generic Technical Equipment Standards for all installations and upgrades of equipment (m/c) including Manufacturing IT Systems in the area.
- Maintains continuous backups for all equipment, control remote access and supports change management.
- Interact with suppliers to implement required electrical equipment upgrades.
- Transfers knowledge and conducts training to all C&D personnel (Engineers/Electricians) in the plant based on C&D skill matrix in his area.
Cerințe
- Bachelor of electrical engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years C&D engineering experience in production industry
- Experience in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation
- International team experience
- Fluent English skills / written & spoken
- Technical Know-How, logical & methodical analysis of technical problems
- Project Management
- Automation knowledge: Drives, PLC, IPC's, etc.
- IT knowledge + IPC Management + Database (SQL) + Network
- Programming skills (Step7 / TIA / TwinCAT)
- Business and Process understanding on Tire Manufacturing
