SMT Engineer - Manufacturing TM

- Assure the implementation of SMT standards in plant projects;

- Monitoring SMT KPI and profitability of improvement projects (Performance, Quality, Costs);

- Supporting implementation of manufacturing concepts, equipment, material, process and performance projects;

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to SMT equipment, including machine failures, solder defects, and component placement errors;                                    

- Collaborate with maintenance technicians and other engineers to resolve complex equipment problems in a timely manner;                          

- Support communication & escalation of industrialization activities with close cooperation with the engineering team;     

- Analyze root causes of equipment failures or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence;                          

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives;                                   

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that SMT processes meet established standards for product quality and reliability;                                    

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times in SMT processes.             

- Provide training and guidance to SMT operators and technicians on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices;

- Create/update manufacturing instructions;

- Work instructions;                                               

- Optimizing existing programs;                         

- Participate in daily deviation meetings;                                   

- Support in Warranty returns and Escalation, Client Audit support, Local Audits/IATF/DQS.

- min. 3 years experience in respective technical field such as Automatic Optical Inspection machinery;

- Experience with equipment supplier such us Koh Young and Viscom is a plus;

- Advance knowledge of spoken and written English.
