OESL Supplier Performance & Escalation Management Engineer

Main tasks: 

• Supporting production sites and Purchasing / Quality -organization of OESL in maintaining a robust supply chain in terms of quality, stable processes, and deadlines;
• Create improvement programs based on the performances of series suppliers and continuous advancement of the continuous improvement process of our suppliers;
• Support legal entities in Level 1 & 2 escalations, and lead Level 3 Supplier escalations.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor`s degree (Master's or equivalent preferred) with technical background, certified VDA 6.3 auditor, IATF ISO16949 internal or external auditor;
• Minimum 3 years experience in operations and/or Quality Management and/or R&D, strong technical background including Project Management, language skills in English, Competent in customer/supplier communication and conflict management;
• Experience in manufacturing processes eg.: mechanical processing, injection/blow-molding, rubber technologies, assembly, surface treatment, heat treatment, casting;
• Minimum.1 year experience in leading/participating international teams and/or international projects, communication with international suppliers and customers.
