Legal Counsel
Responsabilități
The lawyer will deal with issues in international and French business law, namely
- Ensure good risk management in coordination with business units and partners
- Draft, negotiate contracts with a selected group of customers (NDA, R&D agreements, supply contract, GTCs, etc.) in particular with Key Account Managers
- Update the contract templates used
- Provide legal advice to operational staff under French law, identify and limit risks in contracts and contractual practices
- Legal support on client claims and Continental's defense
- Proactively build and maintain a relationship of trust with operational staff in order to implement pragmatic solutions adapted to business needs
Cerințe
The profile we are looking for
- Master's degree II / DJCE Business Law or equivalent in French law
- Interest or experience in business law, intellectual property, contract law, commercial law
- First professional experience in an international company would be a plus
- Fluent in French and English is essential
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, teamwork
- Good comprehension, communication, analysis and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and customer-oriented
