Utilities Operation Leader
Descrição da função
- Manage the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities in the Powerhouse area, based on production requirements, to provide the plant with the services necessary for its operation and meet the daily production quota.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the Powerhouse and develop energy efficiency projects in the Power House and the plant as a whole.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for the operation of the Power House.
- Support for additional activities such as HVAC and Fire Protection System.
Requisitos
- Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience on Maintenance Engineer or similar position,
- Experience in boilers, compressors, water treatment, cooling towers, industrial maintenance, personnel management, negotiation and leadership.
- Experience in the Administration of Continuous Improvement and Energy Saving Projects in the Powerhouse area and the entire plant.
- Experience in personnel administration.
- Fluid network calculations, thermal engineering, knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, standards and knowledge of ISO 50001, knowledge of applicable STPS rules for Powerhouse.
- Maintenance Management.
- Soft skills; Clear and effective communication, decision-making under pressure, leadership and team management, critical thinking, cross-department collaboration, safety-driven mindset, adaptability, empathy.
- English level Intermediate.
