PPI Engineer Greenfield

-Manage product&process intruduction ramp-up and/or change projects using APQP & PLC Tool, incluidng team setup, project planning, execution and reporting progress.
- Translate business requirements into tangible impacts on plant anda assess plant readiness..
-Creates and update product&process-specific production specifications, flow charts, PFEMA and work instructions according to standards.
-Plan and implement investments for project&product-specific tooling and devices.
-Perform product&process-specific testing, start up of pre production and SOP readiness.
-Support product&process-specific customer releases (PPAP) and prepare initial sample and capability test reports.
-Reports project industrialization status to PPI Coordinator and escalate issues when necessary.
-Represent operations during project days and projects escalations, advocating for operations interests.
-Monitors and improve process main Outputs such as : Scrap, FPY, takt time, process capacity, process capability, etc.
-Drive Problem solving to improve and correct abnormalities related to process and product.
-Drive continuos Improvement in to productive process activities using the CBS methodologies
Requisitos
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level, both written and spoken) - Interviews will be conducted in English
- Comprehensive knowledge of Core Tools (SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP)
- Extensive experience with production technologies, specifically in rubber, extrusion, and plastic molding is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in GD&T and measurement techniques
- Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing principles
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on manufacturing processes
- Strong project management capabilities
- Superior analytical abilities
- Advanced statistical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel and Project
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as required for project implementation
Desirable Qualifications:
- Expertise in PLC procedures
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies
- Previous experience in PPI, Quality, New Product Development, or Change Management
- Proficiency in Minitab software
- Experience in APQP & PLC Tool utilisation
