Técnico de Manutenção (Ferramentaria)

Responsável pela fabricação, manutenção, ajuste e reparo de ferramentas utilizadas em processos industriais, como moldes, matrizes, dispositivos e gabaritos. Suas atividades envolvem precisão técnica, conhecimento em mecânica e domínio de processos de usinagem.

•  Formação técnica em mecânica.
•  Conhecimento em usinagem, domínio de processos como fresamento, torneamento, retífica, furação e ajuste manual de peças.
•  Montagem e Ajuste de Ferramentas, habilidade para montar, ajustar e testar moldes, matrizes, gabaritos e dispositivos de produção.
•  Experiencia com manutenção preventiva e corretiva, realização de planos e rotas de inspeção.
•  Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos mecânicos.
•  Conhecimento no pacote office.
