Central Key User SAP SD - ContiTrade EMEA

Are you passionate about digital transformation and eager to play a key role in international SAP projects? As a Central Key User SAP SD, you will be at the heart of designing and implementing our future ERP landscape for ContiTrade EMEA, based on SAP S/4HANA. You’ll work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes across Europe.
Your impact:
- Act as a strategic interface between local sales units and the global IT organization;
- Take ownership of the SAP SD work package within the ContiTrade EMEA integration project (“Lift”), including requirement gathering, process design, testing, training, and rollout;
- Lead workshops, define and document processes, and support international rollouts on-site during the hyper care phase;
- Provide ongoing support for key users, evaluate change requests, and test system enhancements;
- Handle service requests and incidents via the BMC Helix ticketing system;
- Represent ContiTrade in other global IT initiatives (e.g., archiving, authorization, lifecycle management);
- Organize and facilitate international key user meetings and training sessions using various formats (OneNote, PowerPoint, video, etc.);
- Align regularly with key users from other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Purchasing) to ensure cross-functional consistency.
Requisitos
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Multiple years of experience in sales or sales-supporting functions, ideally with IT involvement;
- Strong knowledge of sales-related business processes and SAP SD (Order-to-Cash), preferably in SAP S/4 HANA;
- Solid IT understanding and system affinity;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills;
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus;
- Team player with initiative and a passion for international collaboration;
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%).
