Drive Strategic Financial Leadership on a Global Stage:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Treasury to lead and evolve our global treasury function. This is a high-impact executive role for a seasoned finance leader who combines strategic foresight with operational excellence and thrives in complex, multinational environments.
Your Strategic Mandate:
- Liquidity & Capital Structure: Architect and oversee global cash management, intercompany financing, and liquidity planning
- Treasury Infrastructure: Lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System and manage global banking relationships
- M&A & Corporate Finance: Shape financial structuring and execution of M&A transactions
- Risk Governance: Define and execute hedging strategies; manage counterparty and investment risks
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with banks, rating agencies, and credit insurers.
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing, multicultural treasury team
Requisitos
- Master's degree in Finance or Business; CFA/CEFA a plus
- 10+ years of treasury leadership in multinational corporations (automotive/manufacturing preferred)
- Expertise in liquidity management, capital markets, and financial instruments
- Proven risk mitigation, compliance, and stakeholder management experience
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages advantageous
- Strategic thinker, decisive leader, and trusted advisor to executive leadership
