Descrição da função
Manage the production, maintenance, warehouse and process engineering; Implement the right processes and practices across the operations; Formulating strategy, improving performance, and securing compliance.
Requisitos
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in strategic planning and operational process implementation.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Familiarity with financial and business principles.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related fields.
- MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
