Purchasing Specialist

RPA & AI Specialist:

• Manages and executes internal RPA & AI projects in NPM Purchasing
• New business & process development - identify, build, map, re-engineer
• Analyze / understand business processes from workflow diagrams and suggest improvements using RPA solutions & AI solutions
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA & AI and provide timely responses and solutions as required
• Deliver complex projects on time and possess a strong background in project management
• Document any Changes or new RPA & AI projects
• Align regional RPA & AI activities with global Processes & Systems team
• Work in global automation projects representing the regional perspective

• Speak English fluently

• Good communication skills - both verbal and in writing 

• Familiar with Technical programming skills 

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex requirements 

• Ability to work with a project team (project leadership preferred) 

• RPA (BOT) knowledge & RPA testing experience 

• Manages project financials including business impact 

• Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for team members
