Descrição da função
- Develop cutting edge material technologies for tread and body applications (CVT and PLT) and enable best in class products worldwide
- Leading of and participating in Rubber Technology project(s)
- Communicate and document know-how regarding rubber technologies, including the translation of general component functionality in tire to compound properties
- Support and provide guidance to colleagues from other departments regarding rubber technology related topics
- Participate as a team member in other R&D projects
- Maintain a strong and trust based network with key interfaces
Requisitos
- Academic degree in chemistry or natural sciences
- Ideally, first professional experience in compounding and / or rubber chemistry
- High customer focus and interface management competence
- Analytical, goal-oriented and innovative approach
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
