Your Impact
As our IT Consultant for Windchill Applications, you will oversee and continuously improve the FIDES and ADAPT platforms used across our engineering and R&D functions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers, you’ll ensure seamless CAD data management, efficient product lifecycle workflows, and reliable documentation processes—driving both innovation and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Windchill-based applications (FIDES and ADAPT), including user access, licensing, and infrastructure coordination.
Partner with engineering and R&D to identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and digitalization across the CAD/PLM landscape.
Drive solution enhancements by advising on workflows, release management setups, and data classification practices.
Manage external providers and service-level agreements (SLAs), monitor vendor performance, and coordinate incident and change management.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and corporate policies.
Coordinate project milestones, communicate risks and progress, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and application roadmaps.
Apply ITIL and Agile best practices to maximize operational stability, security, and value.
Lead or support contract and license management activities to ensure performance and cost-efficiency.
Promote a culture of technical compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Inspire colleagues to challenge the status quo and contribute to sustainable, future-ready solutions.
Requisitos
To succeed in this role, you bring advanced expertise across several critical domains:
Windchill PLM Systems (incl. FIDES, ADAPT): In-depth experience with PLM platforms, including administration, configuration, and user support.
CAD/CAE Tools & Data Management Concepts: Strong understanding of engineering tools, data structures, and CAD workflows.
Product Lifecycle & Release Management Processes: Expertise in managing the complete product lifecycle and related IT processes.
IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL), Agile/Waterfall Methodologies: Solid grasp of service delivery frameworks and project management practices.
Business/IT Consulting & Requirements Engineering: Ability to bridge technical and business needs, translating requirements into scalable IT solutions.
Vendor & Contract Management: Skilled in handling supplier relationships, performance tracking, contract renewals, and cost control.
