Head of ME&FM

1. Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Equipment and Process Management：ME manages equipment lifecycle, plans investment, installs/commissions. Sets maintenance plans, monitors metrics, links parts use to forecasts, responds fast to repairs, optimizes production processes and costs, manages parts procurement, and assesses repair solutions.
2. Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Collaboration and Spare Parts Support：ME collaborates on projects, upgrades via OPEX, aids new machine setup. Plans warehouse, manages procurement/supply, and works with depts during repairs to optimize inventory and secure emergency parts.
3. Facilities Management (FM) Compliance and Operation：FM ensures facilities comply. Plans/does investment projects, manages install/run. Secures stable utility supply (water, power, gas, etc.) and makes power - outage plans.
4. Facilities Management (FM) Resource Optimization and Maintenance：FM enforces management standards for higher efficiency. Ensures energy supply, pushes energy - saving, optimizes space use, manages chemical warehouse, makes facilities maintenance plans, works with ESH to fix problems, and does goods receipt checks (SAP op) to ensure correct material in - out data.
5. Team Collaboration and Management：Manages the maintenance team per company strategies & policies. Sets goals, develops members' skills, boosts overall team performance. Coordinates internal and external work, complies with laws and safety rules for stable business growth.

1. Professional Competence：Master mfg engineering & facilities mgmt knowledge. Familiar with regs, project mgmt, cost control. Proficient in equipment lifecycle, spare parts mgmt, etc.
2. Experience & Adaptability：Have yrs of mfg - related exp. Respond quickly to equip failures & ops issues, diagnose & solve accurately, cut downtime.
3. Collaboration & Management：Good at internal/external comms & cooperation. Manage teams, set goals per strategies, boost efficiency, follow regs & safety rules for business growth.
