Junior IT Engineer - Tires

Descrição da função

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently;
  • Managing and maintaining computer systems and software applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including antivirus updates, system patches, and user access controls to protect against cybersecurity threats;
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical issues, solutions, and system configurations. Document standard operating procedures and technical guides for reference;
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating more complex issues to higher-level IT staff or external support when necessary;
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Ensure proper tracking and allocation of IT assets;
  • Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on software applications, hardware usage, and IT policies to enhance their technical proficiency;
  • Work closely with the IT team to implement technology solutions, resolve technical issues, and support the plant’s production activities.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in an IT support role;
  • Windows Operating Systems;
  • PCs hardware architecture;
  • Office Applications Suite (Office 365: Outlook; Teams; OneDrive; Sharepoint; Excel; Powerpoint; Planner; VIVA);
  • Asset Management (BMC) - is a plus;
  • Printer Management - is a plus;
  • Mobile devices management (phones; scanners; tablets) - is a plus;
  • Patch Management & CyberSecurity monitoring (IVANTI) - is a plus;
  • English language (B2).
