ESH Engineer Sr
Descrição da função
- Follow up on legal regulations and evaluate possible impacts on processes and facilities
- Ensure that all legally required permits are applied for in due time and that permit conditions are evaluated and implemented
- Check compliance with legal and internal regulations and implement measures
- Represent Continental in negotiations with responsible authorities about ESH matters
- Conduct occupational safety checks before start of operation of equipment and machines
- Ensure a systematic and structed management of waste, waste water, air emission and handing of substances
- Develop methods and provide regular training to avoid accidents and occupational sickness, environmental contamination and fires
- Develop concepts, procedures and work instructions for ESH, check regularly and improve continuously
- Conduct risk analyses and prepare concepts and emergency preparedness plans
- Conduct structured root cause analyses of incidents, define and implement sustainable measures
- Plan, steer and control the own disciplinary employees in order to achieve the objectives and the budget
Requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree: in engineering or natural science
- Advanced English
- Experience:
- In the area of environmental, protection and occupational health & safety
- ESH Legal requirements
- In Audit
- Leadership people
- In multi site
- Knowledge:
- Problem solving
- Project Management
- ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001
