Global Lead Buyer for Production Material - Filler Material (m/w/d)
Descrição da função
- Coordinate the ContiTech Purchasing Team in the EMEA region for production material to be in line with sourcing strategy and agreed guidelines.
- Purchasing Ambassador for the region including coordination of activities with ContiTech & Group Purchasing.
- Meet cost requirements, implement and conduct cost saving activities.
- Active Support, coordination between Purchasing and SCM.
- Active Support, coordination between Purchasing and R&D
- Support implementation of Conti standard business processes, according to global standards.
- Coordination between implementation team and local process owners.
- Support S4 Hana Implementation Project (Imp@ct).
- Run and support global/regional/plant purchasing optimization projects, ensure alignment with global/ BA direction.
- Coordinate in line with Continental purchasing standards.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all times.
- Ensure proper communication of policies and processes.
Requisitos
- University degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) and/or extensive experience, related certifications
- 5+ years of purchasing experience, preferably rubber industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong networking experience
- Experience in variety of projects related to purchasing, cost improvements, efficiency gains. As well, experience in organizational development and transformation
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading position
- International experience and intercultural understanding
- Experience and understanding of international trade
- International communication skills, fluent in English, other languages preferable
