A technical lead who has a wide range of knowledge, leadership and communication skills is an important position to work in project and lead members to a successful development.

The main taskes are : 
• Responsible for product development in Application Project (Radar, ADAS Brain Unit, Camera, etc.)
• Lead global development team, plan development schedule, process management, Issue solving (system, software, electrical hardware, mechanical mechanism, testing)
• Building relationships with customers through development, negotiating with customers on development projects, specification adjustments, etc., and hosting meetings
• Resolving technical issues
• Management of engineering sample builds
• Report development to management and escalate as necessary

Must Skill
• Japanese : Business level(N1)
• English : Basic(TOEIC 700-)
• Tier-1 engineering experience, 5+ years
• Development leadership experience
• Team player/Leader as well as analytical and interdisciplinary way of thinking
• Customer relations experience

Nice to have Skill
• Experience working with OEMs
• ADAS product development experience (radar, ADAS Brain Unit)
• Agile development experience
• Overseas assignment experience as leader (experience working in a cross-cultural environment)
