Technical Project Lead

The Technical Project Leader is responsible for the operational supervision of all systems engineering activities for the project.
In platform projects also for the product architecture of new product families and its variants (-> construction kit, re-usable platform).
This role
- focuses on the functionality of the products,
- is driving the technical solution and
- coordinates all activities along the development V-cycle from technical point of view,
- is responsible for the technical product issues in regards of timing, quality/maturity and R&D cost transparency.
This includes also the tailoring of engineering processes to the project's needs.
Main tasks
- Define R&D technical project scope.
- Manage engineering changes
- Coordinate the discipline project manager of the left and the right side of the V-development cycle and across all levels (L0-L3)
- Plan, monitor and control the technical part of the project
- Initiate and coordinate feature maturity planning and support release planning

- Change and Problem Resolution Management
- Configuration Management

- Functional Safety Basics
- Cyber Security Basics
- VED products and their roadmap
- existing industry standards and rules (e.g. ASPICE, IATF 16949)
Experience in:
- working in a complex environment
Capability of:
