Descrição da função
- First quality contact with the project management and the customer (audits, visits, participation in telephone conferences)
- Collecting, checking and following up on the fulfillment of customer quality requirements
- Product introduction support, professional management from the quality side
- Handling PPAP samples: sending samples to the customer, local archiving of master samples
- Identification and confirmation of PPAP-related invoices
- Starting a change request from quality to the customer in the serial phase
- Coordination of PV tests with the developers, outsourcing to an external lab
- Change management, follow-up of serial changes, provision of necessary serial and PPAP documents
- Independent management of projects and lead them by project approach
Requisitos
- Advanced technical degree (Quality, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or technical manager qualification)
- Confident use of English
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of quality techniques (PPAP, CP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, A3)
- ISO 9001, TS / IATF 16949 specific and VDA 6.5; 6.3 knowledge of requirements
