Process Consultant - Process Design & Digitalization (m/f/d) - REF61551L

The department Process Design & Digitalization at our location in Hanover-Stöcken shapes and drives the process digitalization of our worldwide R&D organization.

The Process Consultant must ensure the seamless digital workflow throughout the R&D system landscape. The aim of the Process Consultant is to facilitate the process alignment and the implementation of new functionalities in the operational workflows in close cooperation with respective operational units, process owners and module owners.

Process Design & Digitalization

• Coordinate digitalization along the iterative process from concept design to final provisioning of digital solutions including the alignment of business requirements of various stakeholders as well as steer and actively manage all involved functions
• Analyze opportunities in running processes connected to the development workflow and plan the digitalization portfolio in roadmaps, including consolidating requests in own area of responsibility
• Coordinate and develop design concepts of digital solutions
• Continuously improve digital solutions and/or processes to ensure quality and efficiency gains in close collaboration with respective stakeholders

Project Leadership & Management

• Lead and/or participate in operational and strategic process digitalization projects
• Manage the key user community in respective development workflow

Senior-Level Consultancy

• Provide senior-level consultancy in areas like digital transformation, IT strategy and change management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align digital solutions with business objectives

• Academic degree in either business administration, engineering, natural sciences or comparable qualification
• Ideally first experience in an R&D environment and in project management/project leadership
• Strong interest in driving digitalization topics   
• Presentation skills to reach various stakeholder groups, incl. management
• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
• Strong stakeholder orientation, willingness to learn, to act and to take responsibility
• Self-motivated and result oriented team player who enjoys working in multicultural, performance and target oriented groups
• Very good communication and networking skills
