Industrialization Engineer

• Support the Product and Process Industrialization activities across the plant.
• Identify and implement process & continuous improvement activities.
• Review departmental KPI’s to establish corrective and preventative measures are established for manufacturing processes.
• Support the implementation and establishing of process parameters to handover to Production.
• Monitor and Contribute to Statistical Process Control using six sigma techniques.

• Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineer
• Intermediate English 
• Experience:
  • In production Manufacturing Processes or quality related functions
  • Improvement, Savings and New Launches Projects (Project Management)
  • Rubber / Calendaring (desirable)
  • Leading people (desirable) 
• Knowledge:
  • Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Quality Core Tools (PF,PFMEA,CP,MSA,CEP, APQP...)
  • Problem Solving Methods(A3, 5 why, PDCA, Fishbone)
  • Error Proofing(Pokayoke, Vision systems, Gauges, Fixture)
  • Ergonomics (Basic)
  • IATF 16949 (Basic)
  • ISO14001 (Basic)
  • ISO45001 (Basic)
• Software's:
  • MS Office 365
  • CAD Software's (Autocad, Solid works, etc) (basic)
  • MiniTab (desirable)
