Team Leader Materials Laboratory

We are looking for a Team Leader Materials Laboratory (m/f/diverse) for our ContiTech division at the Szeged site. In this role, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the laboratory team
• Independent planning and execution of all test orders under independent selection of suitable production or test methods as well as application of the necessary safety measures
• Creation of work instructions
• Ensuring proper and safe procedures in the laboratory with the proper handling of equipment and tools as well as maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Responsibility for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring technical compliance and certification
• Specialist customer advice
• Ensuring employee training
• Intensive cooperation in the Laboratories EMEA team

   

• Bachelor of Science (natural sciences or engineering), technician (m/f/diverse) or equivalent degree
• Experience in managing employees
• Several years of professional experience in rubber processing
• Confident handling of IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Laboratory Software)
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, Knowledge of German is a plus
• Personality profile: Very good communication and teamwork skills, high quality orientation, sense of responsibility, independent and careful way of working, reliability, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills
