RD_415-23_Diagnostic Software Architect

As a leading company in automotive areas, Continental is looking for an expert in Product Line Telematics to support our growing world-wide business. You will be working as the software architect in Function Center Diagnostics. In this role, you will lead a global team from design, implementation, till final delivery. You are free to act to bring your innovative ideas to the product.

Your major tasks are:

Responsible for the Telematics system architecture, specially in area of diagnostics protocol (UDS, DoIP, etc.) in embedded Linux system

Performing system & software design according to customer specification, leading the team to realize accordingly

Leading and guiding Agile team to accomplish ASPICE activities

Acting as technical interface to customers and the world-wide internal team, representing Function Center Diagnostics

Supporting team on critical issues, team competency, etc.

Researching on market trend and bring innovative idea into next generation platform

Minimum 5-year experience in embedded software (Linux preferred) development, thereof minimum 3-year experience in architectural design

Deep knowledge of UDS protocol(ISO 14229), DoIP or SOAD

Demonstrated excellence with design and C/C++ coding skills

Experience in Automotive connectivity products, e.g., T-Box, Infotainment, HPC, etc.

Knowledge in AUTOSAR (DCM, DEM, RTE and SWC) is a plus

Experience on Agile development is preferred

Fluent in both oral and written English, good communication skill

Motivation to work in a global diversity team, willing to travel abroad
