Logistic and Distribution Analyst

• Perform order capture. 
• Active and effective communication with all customers, internal and external (by phone and email).
• Coordinate and generate routes for express delivery. Follow up of delivery performance.
• Analysis and follow-up of reports.
• Follow up on current projects and / or development and implementation of new ones in the area.
• Coordination and control of CDMX inventory (system x physically at our strategic partner) and invoicing according to Continental procedures.
• Track of appliance of return policy rules, quality alerts and DOT management in order to determine if material needs to go back to Continental.
• Certification Product Process.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or Logistics 
• Intermediate English
• Experience: 
  • Professional in logistics, distribution, warehouse (desirable)
  • In Process Mapping 
• Knowledge: 
  • Inventory management
  • SAP Applications (SD Modules desirable)
  • Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI)
  • Supply Chain management (desirable)
  • Customer Journey Design
  • KPI Management (Distribution Time, Inventory level) (desirable)
