Effectiveness and productivity improvement of workplaces and processes
- Maintain all the IE data updated
- Calculate the savings of the improvement potentials in the responsible area
- Identify the productive and unproductive times of the equipment of the responsible area
- Identify the effectiveness of the employees of the responsible area
- Suggest improvement projects to improve the standards
- Implement the projects agreed with the manager
- Request processing, work place designing, work organization designing, time study / standard times studies, headcount planning, job evaluation / work studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and losses
- Improvement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting, implement CBS initiatives in responsible area
- Layout maintenance
