• Maintain all the IE data updated
• Calculate the savings of the improvement potentials in the responsible area
• Identify the productive and unproductive times of the equipment of the responsible area
• Identify the effectiveness of the employees of the responsible area
• Suggest improvement projects to improve the standards 
• Implement the projects agreed with the manager
• Request processing, work place designing, work organization designing, time study / standard times studies, headcount planning, job evaluation / work studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and losses
• Improvement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting, implement CBS initiatives in responsible area
• Layout maintenance

Manufacturing processes of tire industry
2 to 3 years experience in lean production
Project leading experience with 2 to 3 successful cases

Experience in the area of Data Science or data driven function or programming
