Business System Specialist B2C 业务系统专员

Play a key role in design, implementation and production support of all responsible systems

- Responsible for consumer-end system project management & quality control
- Collaborate on 2C system to provide effective and innovative solutions to enable business capabilities and solve the business problems

O2O Project Implementation 

▪ Responsible for overall consumer-end system design & implementation
▪ Understand market requirement and implement consumer system solutions to support O2O business growth
▪ Propose constructive & innovative system solutions to keep pace with market changes
▪ Establish system exchange interface with new platforms (EC, map navigation, local lifestyle, bank & insurance mall, etc.)

Retailer System Optimization

▪ Optimize retailer system user experience (O2O & related)
▪ Consolidate all retailer master data in a clean & well-organized database
▪ Build retailer dashboard for key performance data visualization & futher business analysis
▪ Integrate with retailer APP to provide one-stop retailer management tool

Collaboration

▪ Communicating & collaborate with both internal customers and external vendors/customers to ensure efficient project management
▪ Work with vendor development team to complete the interface, function and integration test
▪ Responsible for generate and execute training deck & schedule

Reporting

▪ Develop, improve and systemize crisp & accurate reporting
▪ Improve existing & create new dashboards based on the requirements of China business requirements and find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing the growing data requirements

▪ College degree or equivalent preferably in statistics, econometrics, math, computer science
▪ Good in English & communication
▪ At least 3 yrs' hands on work experience in data research, report automation & analysis, system development.
▪ Sound business knowledge gaining by utilizing advanced mathematical, statistical and experimental approach.
▪ PMO experience, PMP certification is preferred
▪ Team working experience
▪ Experience in managing virtual team and project management
▪ Working as a customer facing role in multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
▪ Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity.
