IT Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and solve complex problems while maintaining high levels of customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis and Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored IT solutions.
  • Design and implement system improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.

• Data Management:

  • Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of data across all systems.
  • Conduct regular data backups and recovery tests to safeguard company information.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data management and IT processes.

• Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
