Financial Analyst

• Prepares and analyzes sales report, identifying anomalies in pricing/invoicing in order to find the root causes to correct the registration.
•  Reconciles sales p3 versus detailed reports by part number/customer. Analysis of mix, volume and price sales, monthly, FC and Budget.
• Analyzes sales price variance report identifying by part number and customer the top offenders and compare them with current prices.
• Performs customer pricing setup in SAP for Intercompany and external, based on the sales department requirement ensuring the correct and complete data posting.
• Calculates AR according DSO customers. Compare and analyze against North America recommendations.
• Analyzes and provides resolution of AR disputes from customers ensuring the accomplishment of lines with no more than 60 days of aging.
• Performs financial analysis required by general management, which serve as basis for decision making.
• Executes on monthly and annual reporting requirements (FIRE system) ensuring the correct posting and reporting.
• Prepares annual budget / forecast, analyzing volumes, sales and cost of sales by part number and customer and SPV analysis, as well as the logistic cost budget identifying deviations against forecast/actuals. Budget must be presented in high quality reports ensuring clarity and sufficiency of information.
• Determines and uploads into FIRE system, P&L/BS for BGT and FC, analyzing consistency in the information, identifying and explaining main deviations balances. If necessary, perform additional reports (e.g. AOA, cash flow)

• Bachelor's Degree: in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate English
• Experience: 
  • In Audit firm or in Automotive Industry
• Knowledge: 
  • Accounting - Advanced 
  • MS Office - Advanced
  • SAP Reports (CO) - Basic
