Purchasing Process Automation & AI Specialist

As a member of our global Purchasing Processes & Systems team you will lead automation projects within indirect material purchasing, by using robotic process automation and artificial intelligence technologies. You will be the interface between internal customers and IT as well the internal consultant for increasing efficiency and quality in our tool and process landscape.
Main tasks:
- Analyze purchasing processes for automation potential and derive recommendations
- Define automation concepts considering available technologies, systems and processes
- Build own business solutions using available low code platforms (e.g. Knime, Power Automate)
- Manage rollout of RPA & AI solutions
- Ensure that internal and external governance standards are being fulfilled (e.g. Workers Council, Data Protection, Cyber Security, EU AI Act)
- Collect and test innovative ideas to apply new technologies
- Collect and manage new requirements and continuous improvements on RPA- and AI solutions
- Monitoring and maintenance of existing low code solutions
- Steer development with IT
- Align development and testing with internal customers
- Train and promote automation technologies and AI
지원자 프로필
- Academic degree in business administration, economics, IT or similar
- Experience with operational processes (e.g. Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, …)
- Knowledge in Automation Tools (e.g. Knime, Power Automate, UIPath)
- Affinity for IT and new technologies (especially AI)
- Experience with working in projects (project management experience helpful)
- First experience with process automation projects
- Good handling with MS Office software as well as, knowledge in SAP desirable
- Experience in an international Environment helpful
