Requirements Engineer

As System Engineer you are responsible to support the system development for electronic air suspension systems. You are mainly reporting to different customer system project managers and work with different engineering disciplines (System, SW, Function, Electronics). You will be responsible for the customer requirements engineering process as well for the customer change management for all system related topics in different COEM projects. The requirements engineering and change management processes need to follow internal system and quality standards, cost targets and timing goals.

-Customer Requirement Manager System:  Translate customer documents from Chinese to English language and import to company RM tool
- Follow defined customer requirements process (internal/external)
- Elect and analyze customer requirements and compare to existing product requirements
- Lead customer requirements analysis for quotation
- Identify and distribute requirements to related disciplines (System, Software, Electronics)
- Track and push requirements analysis handled by specified disciplines
- Create and maintain customer requirements status
- Create and maintain requirements engineering plan
- Ensure analysis and traceability of customer requirements
- Moderate review sessions for customer requirement analysis (involved are discipline developer)
- Moderate requirements exchange and review with customer

-Customer Requirement Engineer System: - Review customer requirements specifications and maintain internal status together with developer
- Review, align and define customer specific functional requirements on vehicle level
- Analysis of customer requirements and derivation of system requirements for application projects
- Mapping customer requirements to system requirements
- Import of new/changed customer and internal requirements
- Support customer to define function/feature strategy for application on vehicle level (How to enter/exit functions)
- Create and review End of Line Specification (Service Manual) for Customer
- Create and review product specifications for Customer

-Bachelor degree or above in engineering discipline with focus on automotive engineering, systems engineering, mechatronics, control systems engineering or similar

->2 years experience in requirements engineering and management disciplines and tools preferred in automotive industry

->2 years experience in research & development in active project teamwork and development processes

-Good knowledge of English language
